r.toder.consulting was founded in 2001 and merged into  AKALPA, Toder & Partner in LifeSciences in 2004.

In December 2008 R. Toder relocated to New Zealand.

Akalpa offers scientific and strategic business advisory to lifesciences and venture capital companies as well as research organisations.
